All websites need an Annual SEO Checkup. For many sites, it is the first time, for others, the work was done when the site was first built. For a single price, we will complete a full review and provide you will a report that contains all of the steps needed to update your website.  Don’t have a webmaster? We can do it for you at no additional charge we will make the corrections directly to your website.

We will do all of the following tasks for one fee. No monthly fees, just a one- time price. The basic price includes up to 25 pages from your website.

Keyword Optimization: Research and determine proper Keywords: We use the search history of the web to determine the best keywords for your website.

Meta-Data Review and Update: The rules for use of Meta-Data have changed greatly over the past year. We will review all of the contents of the Header for your website, including the Title Tag, Meta-Descriptions, and Meta-Keywords.  The Header is also the part of the website where technical information about each page is stored. It is critical that this information be correctly formatted.

Webpage Content Review: We review the content on each page to make certain it is formatted to SEO standards.  As part of the review, we look at the use of Section tags, H tags and your CSS files.

Internal Site Links: Everyone knows links to your site are the key to ranking. Well, links to your site, can also be from your site. The trick is making certain the Anchor Text used utilizes the correct keywords. We review all links to determine this and also “Sculpt” the distribution of links on your site.

Review of All Image Alt Tags: Every image or graphic on your site must have a descriptive tag included. Not only is this good for search, it is also helpful for those reading your website using technology.

Google Webmaster Account: Google offers site owners a Webmaster Account. These accounts are a way to understand what Google is going, and for them to warn you when they are not happy. Google treats websites that are open, and members of the web community better.  Additional tools and reporting can be found within your account.

Google Sitemap: If you provide Google a sitemap of your website, they are more likely not to miss any pages. This is a simple, yet important step often missed.  The sitemap must meet Google standards, so a basic on-site HTML sitemap will not work.

Robots.txt File: Everyday search engines send out software, called “bots” to “spyder” the contents of the web. Websites should have files on their servers that tell the “bots” what files to list and which ones to ignore.

WC3 Validation: We will complete a full WC3 Validation on your site. The resulting report can be given to your webmaster for them to use as a roadmap to a standards compliant website.
